These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by private customers on the website. Professional clients and distributors are subject to specific agreements.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms & Conditions, confirmed by clicking the validation button during checkout.

The products offered are silicone shoelaces available in various sizes, colours, and styles.
Essential product specifications are available on the website.
Photographs and illustrations are for reference only and are non-contractual.
The company reserves the right to modify product ranges or features at any time.

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, unless otherwise stated, and exclude delivery costs.
Prices may be revised but will be invoiced according to the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
For orders outside the EU, prices are excluding tax and subject to local duties and taxes.

Orders are placed via the website.
Customers must verify the details, price, and delivery method before confirming the order.
Orders are confirmed by a summary email.
The company reserves the right to refuse any order in case of dispute or payment issues.

Payment is made online via the methods offered: Bank Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay.
Transactions are secured via 3D-Secure, an interbank protocol that authenticates the cardholder for each payment.
Payments are processed by our banking partner Monetico, compliant with the highest security standards (www.monetico.fr).
Orders are considered final only after payment validation. Customers guarantee that the payment details provided are correct and that the card is authorised for use.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery time in mainland France: 1–5 working days.
Delays outside the company’s control (strikes, weather, etc.) do not entitle customers to compensation.
Additional costs for incorrect addresses or reshipment are the customer’s responsibility.
For international deliveries, local duties and taxes are borne by the customer.

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to return any products.
Products must be returned complete and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After this period, any return requires prior agreement and will result in a store credit.

Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq.) and guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq.).
Defects identified within 24 months of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
Replacement will be made within 30 days after a justified request.
The company is not liable for damage caused by improper use.

All website content and products are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or exploitation requires written authorisation from the company.

Data collected is used for order management, invoicing, and customer relations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution is mandatory.
Free mediation is available (Consumer Mediation Commission) before legal action.
Competent court: the customer’s main place of residence.
