What to do if there is a problem with my order?
Once you receive and open your order, you have 2 days to inform us of any non-compliance. You must contact us by email and provide proof of the issue (photo or video). If, after reviewing your request, the non-compliance is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping and process the exchange at no cost to you. -
What is the average delivery time?
Shipping costs depend on the order amount, weight, and the destination country. These factors are calculated automatically, and the available shipping options are adjusted accordingly. Free shipping is offered for orders over €35. For deliveries within France (excluding Corsica and overseas territories), the estimated delivery time to your home is 3 to 5 days. -
If you want to return your order, here is what to do
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. If you wish to receive a refund, the amount will be issued within 14 days. Refunds cover only the product value; return shipping costs are not included (Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code). Please note that if the returned product cannot be resold due to damage, a refund cannot be issued. If the withdrawal period has expired, please still return the product, and we will issue you a store credit. For returns, we recommend using a tracked letter or Colissimo to simplify tracking and ensure safe delivery. To help us process your request quickly, please include the invoice in your package. If you want to exchange any products in your order, here is what to do
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Return shipping costs are not covered (Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code). Please note that if the returned product cannot be resold due to damage, a refund cannot be issued. Once the returned product is received, we will ship the replacement item as per your order modification.

How to choose the laces I need?
Our sport range laces are designed for athletic use. We offer different tension levels depending on the sport, to ensure optimal support: Soft tension for triathlon – the most flexible option, allowing you to slip your shoes on and off quickly for faster transitions. Medium-soft tension for running and Nordic walking. This is also ideal for golf, fitness, hiking, and kids’ sports activities. Medium-hard tension for trail running – provides secure foot support on technical terrain, both uphill and downhill. Hard tension for team sports – designed to keep the foot secure and stabilize the ankle during lateral movements. Our urban laces, on the other hand, are intended for everyday use on your daily trainers and are not designed for sports activities. -
What are the different lace sizes?
Adult laces: 110 cm length / 7 mm width Our adult laces fit shoe sizes EU 36–46 (UK: 3.5–11). Kids wide & thin laces: 90 cm length / 4.5 mm width Our kids laces fit shoe sizes EU 28–35 (UK: 10–2.5 (kids)). -
What is the lifespan of our laces?
Silicone is resistant to temperature changes and stretching. The only weakness of silicone can appear if the lace is cut or nicked. If this happens, your lace may tear. -

What to do if my laces break?
Within 24 months from the order confirmation date, we will replace any defective or broken items. To make a request, please contact us via our contact form (link to contact page). Please note that to validate your request, we require a photo of the product. Once your request is approved, you will receive a new product within 30 days at no cost to you!

When was GORILLA founded?
Gorilla was founded in January 2020 by a Lyon-based couple, Hélène and Guillaume Pain. The brand designs and produces memory-shape silicone shoelaces. After acquiring patent licences in 2018, they decided to promote the innovation and launch their own brand: Gorilla. -
Where are GORILLA's laces made?
Gorilla is based in the Auvergne–Rhône-Alpes region, just outside of Lyon, where its laces are also manufactured in collaboration with a factory, Le Joint Technique. Local expertise is at the heart of the brand, supported by the know-how of the Le Joint Technique factory, a company recognised in the elastomer industry for over 40 years. Their deep knowledge of silicone has enabled us to develop the entire range and fine-tune the right adjustments for each use. -
