1. Delivery of Your Products
Delivery Options
- At Gorilla, we offer several ways to receive your orders:
- Home Delivery - Delivered by La Poste directly to your mailbox.
- Collection Point Delivery - Choose between Mondial Relay or Chronopost Shop2Shop.
- Free delivery on orders over €35!
Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours.
- Our small team works Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, and does its best to meet these timeframes. Orders received after Friday 08:00 are generally dispatched the following Monday.

Order Tracking
- Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order via your account on our website.
Responsibility & Address Errors
- Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
- In the event of an incorrect address, any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Gorilla Tribe cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Right of Withdrawal
- In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason and without penalty.

- Products must be intact, complete, and in their original packaging, allowing them to be resold as new.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

Refunds
- Once returned products are received and checked, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds cover only the cost of the products, excluding initial delivery charges.
